The Golden Kite Award winning Tampa Alumnae Chapter supports the Eta Tau Chapter at the University of Tampa with many members serving on the Advisory Board. The chapter holds an annual fundraiser with proceeds going to Voices for Children (the fundraising arm of Guardian ad Litem), the Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation and to the chapter itself. Members meet twice a year for business meetings, attend Dine-outs, Kite Tales book clubs, Thetas Who Lunch and other fun events. Tampa Alumnae Chapter is an "umbrella" chapter, including Thetas from all Tampa Bay Area counties. Each year we choose a local charity to support for our Day of Service. Tampa Thetas from all walks of life, of all ages, and all interests continue to enrich the history of this chapter. They are friends for life, never forgetting"Theta for a Lifetime!"
